Since a tackle bag is meant to be a standalone training-aid, it is imperative that is adequately heavy in weight to withstand the impact of tackle without 'buckling', unlike a Tackle Tube or Tackle Ring, which conversely needs to be as light as possible since it is meant to be rolled as a moving target.
