Returns Policy

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

All orders placed with Aramis Rugby Ltd are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee, excluding customised goods and special order items. If within 30 days of receipt you are not satisfied with your order, you are entitled to an identical replacement (if in stock) or a refund of the cost of the goods (excluding all delivery costs) providing the goods have not been used.

Goods purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy provided that you have first contacted us within 7 days of the purchase and the goods are then returned in a condition deemed suitable by us for resale. Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty. All customised goods or special order items are excluded from our returns policy and we are unable to accept returns of those items unless the items has a manufacturing defect. You should inform us in writing within 7 calendar days of receiving customised goods, if you believe there is a manufacturing defect and should under no circumstances use the product. If a manufacturing defect is determined in customised goods or special order items, we will repair/rectify the defect or supply a fresh replacement of the originally ordered product. If we are unable to repair/rectify the defect or supply a replacement, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a full refund of the original order amount for the defective goods only. If the customised goods are part of  a bigger order, we are only liable for the dective goods and not other parts even if they form part of the same order. We shall not be liable for any other costs or losses. Please note, we individually check all returns and if we consider the fault to be as a result of self-damage, then a refund will not be given and additional postage costs will be applicable to send the goods back.

Where the purchaser is returning goods at their own will, then the refund shall comprise the original purchase price (not including delivery costs) less a re-stocking fee of 10% of the purchase price. In addition to this refund policy, under the UK's distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 30 days of placing your order (beginning the day after receipt of the goods), minus any delivery costs incurred.

For your own protection when returning any goods, we suggest that you use recorded delivery, requiring our signature upon receipt of the goods, as we will not issue refunds for any goods that fail to reach us. Your statutory rights are not affected. All returns to be made to the address below enclosing the original invoice:
