Aramis has set a new world record by making the world ‘s largest ever rugby ball - and it was carried in by helicopter.
The ball measures in at 5.98 metres in length with a diameter of 3.70 metres and was made to official rugby specifications, meaning it could be played with - in theory!

The record was officially confirmed by Guinness adjudicators at 1.30pm before packed crowds in the central car park at South Molton, Devon.
In the lead up to the rugby World Cup the event attracted a large crowd as all witnessed the spectacular sight of the Top Gear helicopter lowering the ball in a giant cradle.
