  • 15cm (6") Set of 10 pcs
  • The 'STEP' drill using the hurdles is a quick and light run (steping) through the hurdles.  This drill teaches quick turnover and requires fast heel recovery to avoid knocking over the hurdles.
  • The 'HOP ' means that you jump just high enough to clear each hurdle and land lightly, ready to make another hop.
  • The 'SIDE STEP' is done stepping  sideways  over each hurdle, touching the ground with both feet each time.
