The Aramis Alpha Duo scrum machine is the ideal "starter" Two-Man scrum machine for introducing younger players to the front-row environment and giving coaching staff a suitable platform for providing valuable one-on-one tuition. Two Man Scrum Sled develops leg-drive technique and promotes correct body alignment.

The machine folds completely flat for easy storage & transport. It can be easily lifted by two adults and will fit on the roof-rack or back of any Estate car.
